As the title above,
will you work for free?
This is what i'm doing right now,
it's not about voluntary job,
but my current job...
I' really a very hardworking person,
work 7 days a week,from 9 am-10pm,
Send stock,collect stock,sales and repairing.
and i handle almost everything in the shop.
At the end of the month,
when i asked for my part,
She will just tell me that there's no salary for me,
what she's doing now is to stabilise our company...
Sigh...
How i'm gonna plan up my future?
How i'm gonna settle up my debts?
Everybody advise me to leave this company,
but i can't,
cause i've spent all my effort,
all my time and all my money to this shop,
if i just left,there will be a waste...
What can i do now?

there's nothing much you can do except talking to her wat you think and wat you want right to her face. if you keep backing off then there's no help but u would be taking in for granted forever. stop ranting and solved the problem the way you want. dun back off. u urself have to help towards doing such decision. you're one of the shareholder rite? then speak your rights! thats all you can do. Good luck to you ya! Dun give up so easily!

我觉得如果一直付出都没有结果，而且如果有别的公司聘请你，薪水又好，不如你放弃现在的吧。因为我们人生真的有很多目标的，而且有些目标是真的要用到钱去实现的。
知道你会很烦，怎样都好，一定要想未来。结果怎样，就要看你自己咯。
我是真的觉得，除非你们公司真的还可以继续做下去，不然的话，有更好的路，你就选它吧。
